For all  intending members, you may attend one of our monthly meetings as an observer to ascertain your readiness to join the association or you  may visit our website and download the form in PDF format, fill it with black pen and return it to the contact address below or fill the WORD format online before printing and mailing to the same address for verification.

Procedures for letter of invitation and Visa application

 

All the visitors of the Association must comply with the Swiss government visa application or immigration requirements, while the Association may not send letter of invitation to any intending visitor, who did not comply with the applicable procedures.

 

Before any letter of invitation will be issued to any visitor, such person must visit our website, download the Conference Registration form in PDF format, fill it with black pen or fill the WORD format online before printing, signed and return to us, as soon as possible with a photocopy of the visitor’s valid international passport through fastest means of mailing system to avoid delay, while further information on visa procedures can be obtain through the Swiss Embassy in Abuja or their website,  as follows.
